Complaints Handling

Venner HoldCo is a company not approved by the AMF (Autorité des Marchés Financiers).
Venner HoldCo has established and maintains an effective and transparent operational procedure to ensure the fair and prompt handling of complaints submitted by all existing or potential shareholders.

A complaint is defined as a statement of dissatisfaction expressed by a client towards a professional.
A request for information, advice, clarification, or service is not considered a complaint.

The company undertakes to respond to complaints within a maximum of two months from the date of receipt, except in duly justified exceptional circumstances.

Intellectual Property
