Our management team

Patrick Hulsen

Cofounder & Chairman

Patrick is an experienced entrepreneur, founder, and former CEO of Daintel, an SME established in 2004 and specialized in software for intensive care units. After growing the company to 30 employees, he sold it in 2019 to the Swedish group Cambio Healthcare Systems (900 employees), where he subsequently held a senior management position for two years.

His career also includes experience at L’Oréal and in a communications agency, where he developed a strong product and marketing culture.

In 2022, he launched a solar division within the SME Rothelec (€20M turnover), before becoming, in 2023, Managing Director of SuperCharger Ventures, an international EdTech accelerator in which he had been an investor since 2020.

He is also a strategy coach, supporting entrepreneurs generating over €2M in revenue, as well as senior executives from companies such as KPMG Malta, MeDirect Bank, and Stellantis Insurance.

Patrick holds a degree from the University of Newcastle and has completed several executive programs at Harvard Business School.

Jonah Vauchel

Cofounder & CEO

After gaining experience at Daintel in Copenhagen and Reykjavík, working alongside Patrick, Jonah began his career in 2017 at AUEM, an SME specialized in machining and mechanical testing under COFRAC accreditation for industries such as nuclear, defense, and oil & gas.

In 2024, he structured a new division within AUEM as a consultant and contributed to the opening of SuperCharger Ventures’ Malta office, in partnership with the Government of Malta.

He also led a start-up in the sports sector between France and Malta for four years.

Founder & CEO AUEM

AUEM is an SME specialized in mechanical, metallographic, and physico-chemical testing, operating under COFRAC accreditation and ISO 19443 certification, ensuring quality and nuclear safety.

Since its creation in 1999, the company has continued to grow and now serves over 250 active industrial clients.
